I don't know why I let this fact of life still catch me off guard. You have to put it in the schedule you know, because diaper changes take a few minutes...and these few minutes can make all the difference when you are running out the door to go somewhere.
Here's a little tip: When you have to be at church at 10am, you need to have the boys eat by 8am so that you can be sure they've done their business by 9am and you have plenty of time to change their diapers before you get in the car. And don't forget, you'll need to tack on at least 5 extra minutes to get loaded up as well as 5 minutes to get out of the car and into church.
You'll get the hang of it in no time! :-P
